Abuja cleric evicts wife, children over infidelity, abuse allegation
In a shocking development, Stanley Ogbonna, the General Overseer of God’s Spring Assembly, also known as Glass Church in Kubwa, Abuja, has allegedly evicted his estranged wife, Chioma, and their six children from their home.
This incident follows a tumultuous relationship between the couple, ultimately leading to their divorce.
Chioma had accused Ogbonna of infidelity and domestic abuse, detailing her struggles during their 18 to 19 years of marriage. She claims that Ogbonna removed his belongings from their shared home, while also engaging in extramarital affairs with multiple women.
Distraught and seeking justice, Chioma’s pleas have gained attention on social media platforms, as she publicly narrates her story and calls upon God for help in resolving this distressing situation.
In Chioma’s words, “See him, God will help me. This is a pastor. Look at him. This is the pastor, Stanley Ogbonna. He called the police and evicted me and the children out of the house.
“Look at me, look at my properties all outside unannounced. We were in the house this afternoon; he just came to the house with the police and threw my things away. He already packed his things out of the house for years, sleeping around.
“Today, he has come to disgrace me after labouring with him for 18 years, 19 years. See what the General Overseer of God’s Wing Assembly, Glass Church, Kubwa, is doing. I’m his wife, who laboured with him for 19 years.

“The world needs to come into this and give me justice for suffering me for all these years after giving him six children. His last child is a four-year-old.
“Look at me outside and my properties. He feels nobody will speak for me. Jehovah will speak for me.”
According to Punch, multiple attempts made to contact both Pastor Stanley Ogbonna and representatives of Glass Church proved unsuccessful. The church’s inquiry phone number was said to be unreachable, and an email sent to the church did not received a response as of the time this report was filed.
This lack of communication only adds to the growing concerns surrounding the allegations made by Ogbonna’s estranged wife, Chioma, who claims that the pastor forced her and their six children out of their family home.
