Gombe State COVID-19 Task Force Chairman, Prof. Idris Mohammed has announced the discharge 91 patients from the state’s Isolation Centres.
Mohammed made this known on Wednesday during a media briefing on the pandemic situation in the state.
He appealed to other patients who have been confirmed positive across the state to cooperate the task force in order to curtail the community transmission of the virus.
The Chairman revealed that the state only had 11 active cases on admission at the isolation centres and that 31 other COVID-19 patients are spread across the communities and awaiting evacuation to isolation centres.
