Jubilee Life Bank Holds all Customers Appreciation Week
Jubilee Life Mortgage Bank celebrates its customers by hosting an annual week-long event, designed to show appreciation and alleviate financial stress. This year’s ‘Customers Appreciation Week’ was a resounding success, with the bank rolling out a variety of initiatives aimed at putting smiles on the faces of its valued customers.
In the week, the bank not only honored its loyal customers but also reaffirmed its pledge to deliver exceptional services. The bank designed various activities and initiatives that aimed to cultivate a customer-centric culture, deepen client engagement, foster customer loyalty, and reinforce brand trust and customer relationships.
To initiate this, personalized emails and SMS were sent to customers ahead, expressing appreciation for their loyalty and encouraging them to participate in the week’s activities. Special signage was displayed in all branches to create a welcoming atmosphere.
In an interview with Redemption City of God, Mowe branch manager, Mrs Abosede Ibrahim, she placed a strong emphasis on the significance of customers’ satisfaction.
In her words “The purpose of this customers service week is to appreciate our customers because we look at it that how can we pay our customers at least once in a year for banking with us. So, the bank decided to celebrate, attend and make them happy. We also have platform where customers can lodge complaints, and people at head office can also attend to them,” she said.
She also noted that the celebration was dedicated to appreciating loyal customers while highlighting the bank’s commitment to excellent service.
“It’s an annual celebration and its runs for a whole week, we started on Monday and today would be the last day for a week. On Monday we shared cake at the banking hall, we also played games we put different gifts inside balloon when you blow the balloon whatever you see in it is yours. We gave umbrellas, key holders, pens, puzzle and mugs. On Wednesday we did a little skit outside just to make our customers happy and we thank God for this year celebration,” the bank manager added.
