Abia State Governor, Okezie Ikpeazu, has congratulated Dr. Akinwumi Adesina, on his re-election for a second term in office in the regional bank.
The Governor, in his congratulatory message, issued by his Chief Press Secretary, Onyebuchi Ememanka today, described Adesina’s re-election as well deserved and resounding.
He said, “Your reelection signals greater hope and renewed impetus for the African economy and a pride to our country, Nigeria.
“For us in Abia State, your reelection is very heartwarming and is a clear sign that our economic partnership with the Bank towards the development of our State will be further accelerated for the benefit of our people.”
Akinwuni Adesina, will serve another fresh term of five years as President, African Development Bank, AFDB.
