The protest to compel the Federal Government of Nigeria yield to the demand of Nigerian youth resumed in Abuja and other parts of the country on Monday despite police warnings against staging another #EndSARS protest.
Scores of youths, who turned out in their numbers to partake in the protest, demanded for an end to security operatives’ harassment.
They also called for the release of all detained protesters and unfreezing of bank account of targeted youths and organizations that have identified with the course of protest.
Other states of the federation that the protest was noticed on Monday include, Lagos, Oyo and Osun, while police in other states were strategically located in places suspected to be flashpoints of attacks in the event that the second wave of #EndSARS protests is hijacked.
