Lagos State Commissioner of Police, Owohunwa Jimoh, says Pastor Paul Adefarasin committed an offence by pointing a stun gun at a citizen, insisting it caused fear and falls under the Firearms Act.

Speaking on Channels TV, Jimoh said even using a fake gun to threaten someone is criminal. Adefarasin, seen in a viral video pulling a pistol-like object, claimed it was a stun gun used against an “aggressive content creator.”

House on the Rock said the device wasn’t illegal and urged professionalism from the police. The incident remains under investigation amid growing public criticism.
