Bandits storm again, abducted unspecified college students in Kaduna
Rampaging criminals who are described as bandits have attacked Federal College of Forestry Mechanisation in Mando, Kaduna State and abducted students in the school.
The state Police Public Relations Officer, ASP Mohammed Jalige who confirmed the incident to newsmen said the exact number of students abducted is currently unknown.
The college is said to be located close to the Kaduna International Airport where bandits recently abducted some workers of the Federal Airport Authority of Nigeria.
Jalige said the attack happened at about 3:00am on Friday.
“They were abducted last night but we have no details of the number of students and I can’t say if they are all female.
“We are currently working with the Nigerian Army to trace the kidnappers and rescue the students,” he said.
