Busola Dakolo: Don Jazzy shows support, commends her for speaking up, Fatoyinbo refutes allegation
Veteran music producer Don Jazzy has joined thousands of Nigerians on social media to express support for singer Timi Dakolo’s wife following her recent claims against an Abuja-based man of God.
Busola Dakolo had held an interview with media personality, Chude Jideonwo, in which she narrated her harrowing experience with Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo, whom she accused of molesting her when she was younger.
As expected her claims generated thousands of reactions in the online community with several celebrities applauding her for her courage and being the voice of the voiceless.
Joining those that have commended Busola for speaking her truth, Mavin Records boss Don Jazzy, penned a short note of appreciation to her on his verified Instagram page.
He thanked her for being the voice of many women that are not courageous enough to speak out and stressed the importance of female folks knowing that they cannot be bullied for speaking up.
Female rapper, Sasha P, also reacted to the trending COZA pastor story on Twitter. The veteran rap act expressed that anyone that tries to protect the Fatoyinbo from the allegations leveled against him is an enabler.
She noted that it is God people worship and not the pastors.
Pastor Fatoyinbo responds to allegation
However, the senior pastor of the Commonwealth of Zion Assembly (COZA) Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo has denied raping Busola Dakolo or any other persons who claimed that he raped them.
He said this in a statement posted to his Instagram page on Friday, “I have never in my life raped anybody even as an unbeliever and I am absolutely innocent of this.
