A total of 226 new cases of COVID-19 have been recorded on Tuesday in Nigeria, bringing the total number of infections in the country to 6,401.

According to Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, the nation figure stands as; Total Samples Tested: 36,899; Total Confirmed cases: 6,401; Active cases: 4,475 Discharged: 1,734 Death: 192.
