Citygate Global, one of Nigeria’s leading business financing companies, has commissioned its new 7-story ultra-modern headquarters, an architectural masterpiece in Ikeja, Lagos. This landmark building underscores Citygate Global’s commitment to innovation, customer-centric services, and excellence in the financial sector.

The first floor is dedicated to the Empire Trust Banking Hall; the second floor is designed as Citygate Global’s space for versatile business activities.

The commissioning of the state-of-the-art facility was witnessed by the cream of the financial industry from private and public sector and was commissioned by Prof. Pius Olanrewaju, President/Chairman of Council, Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN).

The CIBN President said, “This facility is a testament to Citygate Global’s visionary approach to finance in Nigeria. It represents more than just a structure; it embodies a commitment to cultivating a great banking culture and investing in the future of financial services in the country.”

Speaking, Mr. Seun Durojaiye, Group Managing Director of CityGate Global and Chairman of Empire Trust Microfinance Bank highlighted the futuristic aspects of the new headquarters, saying, “This facility is a manifestation of our forward-thinking approach. It is equipped with cutting-edge technology and designed to adapt to future trends in the banking industry. We are confident that it will play a pivotal role in our continued success and expansion.

“And with this, we are going to redefine microfinance banking in Nigeria, as we are going to take the business to the next level. We are going to provide quality services to all our numerous customers in various sectors, and especially in the small and medium-scale enterprises. We are going to be able to fund them and provide liquidity to support their business. And also all other sectors, too.”

Mrs. Toyin Oluwawumi, the Managing Director/CEO of Citygate Global, expressed her excitement, noting, “This building is a significant milestone in our journey of growth and innovation. It symbolizes our dedication to providing unparalleled financial solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients and customers.
