FCTA discharges four covid-19 patients, one dies in Lagos

After full recovery from the covid-19 disease, four patients in the FCT have been discharged.

This was disclosed in a tweet on Saturday by the Federal Capital Territory Administration (FCTA).

“The FCTA has confirmed the discharge of four #COVID-19 patients, bringing the total number of discharged.”

The FCTA has a total of 56 confirmed cases out of which a total of eleven have been discharged.

Meanwhile, another covid-19 patient is dead in a private hospital in Lagos State.

The Commissioner of Health in the state, Prof. Akin Abayomi, announced the death on his official Twitter handle on Saturday.

“We are however saddened by the death of another patient in a Covid-19 related complication in a private hospital”, he tweeted.

As at Saturday, 11thApril, Lagos State has, 174 confirmed cases.
