Nigerian juju musician Ebenezer Obey, has declared his intentions to re-marry.
The 78 year old musician said compassion is his reason for wanting to re-marry, with the notion that he already has children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
He said, “The companionship of a wife is a good thing. I can marry at any time; not just for the sake of marriage as it is, but for the sake of companionship.”
In his revelation, he stated that he is not in search of a wife to have children but to enjoy the company of each other.
It’s been nine years since the singer lost his wife, Juliana and according to him, at any moment he can take a new wife.
The juju singer noted that it is only ‘a foolish old man’ who would marry a young lady.
