Victor Osimhen is writing his name in golden letters – and this time, his daughter Hailey had the honour of announcing it to the world.

On a magical Sunday night at a packed Rams Park in Istanbul, Galatasaray clinched their 25th Turkish Super Lig title in spectacular fashion, thrashing Kayserispor 3-0. And leading the charge was none other than the red-hot Nigerian hitman, Victor Osimhen, who opened the scoring with a thunderous header in the 26th minute.

But this wasn’t just any goal.

As the crowd erupted, the stadium loudspeakers delivered a sweet surprise: “Goal scored by Victor Osimhen!” – called out by his daughter, Hailey. The moment went viral instantly.

The victory sealed a historic domestic double for Galatasaray, coming just five days after they lifted the Turkish Cup. Osimhen had bagged a brace in that final against Trabzonspor – and promised fans, “We will fight for the fifth star.” He delivered.

The latest title win pushes Galatasaray to an uncatchable 89 points, eight clear of fierce rivals Fenerbahçe with two games to spare.

Goalkeeper and club legend Fernando Muslera, 38, was gifted a penalty late in the game – his emotional farewell wrapped in the perfect script as he coolly slotted home Galatasaray’s third goal.

With his 25th league goal this season, Osimhen has shattered a 24-year-old record previously held by Brazilian icon Mario Jardel, becoming the most prolific foreign player in a single Turkish season with 36 goals in all competitions.

Add seven assists to that tally, and you’ve got one of the deadliest strikers in Europe right now – on loan from Napoli.

Galatasaray fans revealed banners before the match, declaring their love for the Nigerian talisman. Osimhen responded with yet another big-game performance, proving once again why he’s more than just a goal scorer—he’s a game-changer, a leader, a legend in the making.

After the final whistle, Osimhen lit up social media with a bold post:

“What more can I say? We are the best. @GalatasaraySK. God is the Greatest!”

Osimhen’s loan move to Galatasaray has turned into one of the greatest single-season spells in Turkish football history.

With his loan spell ending soon, transfer rumours are swirling. Napoli is reportedly fielding an €85 million offer from Juventus, while Saudi giants Al Hilal are dangling a blockbuster deal.

Wherever he lands next, one thing is certain: Victor Osimhen has left an unforgettable legacy in Istanbul.

For Fenerbahçe, the night ended in heartbreak—and possibly change. Jose Mourinho, still without a title after 11 years at the club, may be on his way out. Turkish media claim tensions reached boiling point after he physically confronted Gala coach Okan Buruk following a cup exit last month.

Mourinho’s men couldn’t win a single derby this season – and in Turkey, derbies write destinies.

Galatasaray have become the first and only Turkish club with 5 stars – each one representing 5 league titles.
