A 33,000 litres of Premium Motor Spirit (PMS) ladened tanker caught fire at the entrance of Gowon Estate, Ipaja Road, Alimosho, Lagos.

This is coming less than 48 hours after a similar tanker spilled it content in Anambra state.

Meanwhile, as traffic gridlock builds up, motorists have been advised to make use of alternative routes.

As at filing this report, Men of the Lagos State Fire Service and the State Emergency Management Agency, LASEMA are at the scene battling to put out the fire. At press time, there was no casualty recorded.
