A total of 389 new cases of COVID-19 have been recorded on Wednesday in Nigeria, bringing the total number of infections in the country to 8,733.

According to Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, the nation figure stands as; Total Samples Tested: 48,544; Total Confirmed cases: 8,733; Active cases: 5,978; Discharged: 2,501; Death: 254.
