The President of Court of Appeal, Justice Zainab Bulkachuwa has excused herself from adjudicating in the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP petition against the victory of President Muhammadu Buhari of the All Progressives Congress, APC at the February 23 presidential election.
Zainab who was the head of the Presidential election tribunal has excused herself for personal reason.
The PDP had filed petition requesting Justice Zainab to excuse herself on the basis that the party may not get fair justice because of her being the wife of an APC senator-elect.
