The Lekki Concession Company (LCC), operators of the toll gate, has submitted a video footage recorded by the surveillance camera to the Judicial Panel of Inquiry investigating the Lekki toll gate shootings.
The panel of inquiry resumed sitting today to look into the shootings of #EndSARS protesters at Lekki Toll Gate by men of the Nigerian Army.
The Managing Director of LCC, Abayomi Omomuwa while tendering the video footage to the panel said, “I can confirm that inside here is the video footage that our surveillance camera was able to record for the 20th of October.
Recall that the Judicial Panel of Inquiry set up by the Lagos State Government to probe the Lekki shootings as well as complaints of human rights abuses against members of the disbanded Special Anti-Robbery Squad has been sitting since last week.
