Let’s Go-A-Fishing: Adeboye takes evangelism to South-West states
The General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), Pastor Enoch Adeboye, during the December Let’s Go-A-Fishing programme of the church, with the theme, The Fullness of Time, embarked on evangelism tour of the south west states.
Adeboye addressed mammoth worshippers in Ibadan where major parts of the city witnessed unusual heavy traffic gridlock. He prayed for the governor of the state, Seyi Makinde, Ibadan and people as well as Oba Saliu Adetunji, the Olu Ibadan of Ibadan who was represented by his Princess Alhaja Rasidat.
Adeboye revealed that “Ibadan is always the first to be in touch after the Holy Ghost Congress when the anointing is still fresh. Ibadan always comes first with a programme.”
He disclosed further that he would visit no fewer than 20 places during the December ‘Go A-fishing,’ programme.
During his tour, he visited centres located in Kwara, Oyo, Ogun, Osun and Lagos among others.
