Presiding over the matter at the resumed hearing on Thursday, Musa said the charges should have been brought within the permitted six years.

The judge subsequently dismissed the case as a waste and abuse of judicial process designed to punish Fatoyinbo rather than obtain justice against his alleged wrongdoing and also slammed a N1m fine on her.

The renowned photographer and wife of Nigeria singer, Timi Dakolo, took to her social media to thank those who stood by her and also reiterated that justice has not been served.
