The Students Union of the University of Ibadan on Wednesday declared a 400-Level student of the institution, Okey Uchenna Williams Paul, missing, saying his whereabouts have been unknown since October 6.
The Students Union announced this on its X handle on Wednesday afternoon, saying the 400-Level student of the Department of Archaeology and Anthropology was last seen at the Bello Hall Cafeteria of the institution.
According to the union, the last time he was seen, he wore a black round neck T-shirt, a black pair of trousers, and a black baseball cap (that many refer to as “Facebook cap”). He also had a hoodie wrapped around his neck and carried a cross bag with him.
The union said since he has not been seen for the past 16 days, there is a growing concern for his safety and well-being.
“Efforts to reach him since his disappearance have been unsuccessful, and there is growing concern for his safety and well-being,” the union wrote.
