A woman on Thursday, September 3, gave thanks to God at the ongoing Holy Ghost service of The Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) for having her own child after 32 years of barrenness.

The woman, Deaconess Abiodun Olasunbo, gave the thanks during testimony session at the Thursday service.

She said: “My name is Deaconess Abiodun Olasunbo, from Favourite Zone, Province 23, Region 12. I have come to say thank you to Jesus Christ and to redeem my pledge before the Almighty God.

“I have been in the bondage of barrenness for more than three decades, 32 years precisely. During the Holy Ghost Congress in 2024, the word of knowledge came from our father in the Lord that ‘there is somebody here who is of age and trusting God for the fruit of the womb. The Lord said you will come here next year with your baby.’

“Where I was then, I received it and said a loud Amen. Since then, I have been working on the prayer. During the Special Holy Ghost night in March, nothing happened. I came back to this mountain to remind God that He never fails neither does he disappoint.

“In July 2025, God showed up. I became pregnant with this little princess. On February 3, God gave me this beautiful princess. Her name is Gold, Tioluwanimi, Toluwasetemi.”

Her testimony elicited a heavy Halleluyah from the worshippers.
