The palace of the Ooni of Ife, Oba Enitan Ogunwusi, is currently in joyful mood following the arrival of another set of twins given birth to by Olori Mariam Ajibola.
The latest arrival of the two boys is the second set of twins for the traditional ruler as another Olori, Tobiloba Philips, gave birth to a boy and a girl on March 1, 2024.
Before the twins, he already had two children, Adeola, a female from his youthful relationship and Tadenikawo, a son from his ex-wife, Naomi.
Announcing the latest arrival, the Ooni said both the mother and babies are in good health.
“To God be all the glory and adoration for His wondrous works and abundant blessings once again!
“Warmest congratulations to the entire House of Oduduwa and to Olori Mariam Ajibola on the joyous arrival of a prince and a prince to the royal throne of Oduduwa today.
“We give thanks to Almighty God as both mother and children are in good health.”
