The Code of Conduct Tribunal has on Wednesday issued a bench warrant ordering the arrest and subsequent arraignment of the suspended Chief Justice of Nigeria, Walter Onnoghen in court on Friday.
The tribunal, chaired by Danladi Umar, issued the order today during the resumption of Onnoghen’s trial in Abuja.
